Non-Profit Organization
From FrOSCamp
On 2010-03-05 an association (non-profit organization) with the name FrOSCamp was found in Zurich. The purpose of the NPO is as follows:
- Manage the money received from donations to the FrOSCamp event
- Pay the bills of the FrOSCamp event with that money
To achieve this the NPO's president and vice-president form the event's head orga and need to be consulted when costs are incurred, i.e. no one else is allowed to sign any contracts.
