LPI Exams
From FrOSCamp
Linux Professional Institute (LPI) will offer all its available exams at FrOSCamp 2010:
- LPIC-1 and LPIC-2 (101, 102, 201, 202) - in German and in English
- LPIC-3 (301, 302, 303, 304) - in English
- Univention Certified Professional Prüfung (198) - in German
The examinations take place on Saturday, 2010-09-18 at 11 AM and 2 PM.
Attention: The number of examination-seats is limited and advance reservation is recommended. The examination room will be signposted. Meeting point for all participants will be 15 minutes prior to examination begin in the examination room.
Visitors to FrOSCamp 2010 have price benefits and pay CHF 115 for each LPIC-1 and LPIC-2, 302, 303 and 304 exam. The 301 exam costs CHF 145. These costs are half of the standard fees at a test center. The test cost for the Univention Certified Professional Examination is CHF 140.
In a special offer students in Switzerland can take a LPI exams for only CHF 55, about half the community prize above. Read more information about this initiative.
All participants in any of the tests must pay cash, show a valid photo ID and a valid LPI Identification Number before examination stats. Participants who don't have a LPI Identification Number must apply to get one in advance.
